At Lakelands Lodge, our dedicated teams work together to create a vibrant, supportive environment for all residents. Our in-house Activities & Wellbeing team organises a diverse programme of daily activities tailored to individual interests, including social events, outings, and excursions to local attractions. The Care Team provides compassionate, person-centred support around the clock, promoting independence and ensuring residents feel at home, whether they need companionship or specialist care. Our Kitchen Team prepares nutritious, delicious meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients, always accommodating personal preferences and dietary needs. Additionally, our staff benefit from the expertise and guidance of a regional support team, ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing throughout the Lodge.
